But for the bigger stuff, like cruisers and battleships, they are acquired by conducting research with R&D Agents, running high level deadspaces or sometimes as advanced agent rewards. While this is true Friz, they are also seeded on the NPC market as well. Cruiser BPO's are about 100mil (OTOH)...
