Not entirely true. About half the Fw4ppers have access. We really need to set a precedent: access after a couple of weeks?

That should give them long enough to 'get wet' and ready for the trials of 0.0 and it will give me time to get some work out of them, since you need us to do the ferro haul weekly while you're at war. I'm going to be awhile getting to the iteron 5, since my first look at Indy 5 skill was 39 days. I'm going to spend a week or three getting my perception score as high as possible before I even look at training it again!

That and if we do a training event a week, it'll give them time to get some of everything under their belt, so they can see what they like.

Urm, I know at least Ak, Sam and Shadow do. Also I know I requested shadows, but who gave Ak and Sam access? Not fussy as to the fact they've got access, more curious.

Dres, as you're hauling lots of things for us (and im too paranoid to strap it onto a ship of mine) do you want my spare local hull conversion expanded cargo I? I got it as loot from blowing up a WT who had gone afk and will give you 27.44% cargo bonus (assuming the eve-online site is accurate (which frankly it should be!))

Just a thought...is it worth doing a quick overview of where 5punkorp stands in the great scheme of things now that we're nicely established in 0.0? Could add some purty pics of the POS, and POO building, and all our big ships and stuff. Stick it in the open forum as a kinda recruiting / ad poster thingy to encourage the Fw4ppers that we're not just a bunch of morons that ... erm.... erm ....that we're not just a bunch of morons. (Also as a big poke it up yours to Roman, Grimmie, Vowles, Berk.... nostalgia 4tw

) Anyone good at the arty thing?

Yes!!!
I would very much like the local hull conversion, with that I might be able to do the haul myself before I get to the Iteron 5. That would free up the newbs for training on a different night as well.

With the advent of warmer weather, I'll be outside alot more keeping my daughter company and putting miles on our bikes. So, what I'm getting toward, is would it be possible for 5punkers to help with a training night for the Fw4ppers? I'm thinking 4 different flavors, to cover the bases, and keep interest high.

A Fw4ppers fun night, with treasure hunt, pvp, and mining.
A mining opp to train mining and hauling.
A DS night to train group combat.
An escorted hauling op, for preparation for 5punk haul ops.

That and at once a week training, and a minimum month in Fw4ppers, they get to try it all, get exposure, and can pop in anywhere in the training yet still get all of it covered.

That and no offence, I'm burning a little low on doing training by myself. I'm greatly appreciative of the help keeping the training going and forwarding on the training emails I made.

Soooo, if we could get a 5punker a week to help with training, it would help alot.
Then I could focus on hauling ferro and recruiting with my one night I can be on every week.

TS / Vent thing is all part of that there training.

I'll happily take on the PvP (did this lesson last time too) and hauling thing now that Mr CAEK has his very own U-Haul

And I quite understand the training can become a drag after a while. May well be worth delegating the next bunch of new recruits after this lot to Sam, Ak and/or M so you can take a break and come have some fun

Yes, TS and Vent need to be an evemail training point so that they come to each training session ready, as waiting for everyone to download/install would be too lengthy within a training session.

That and copying instas into folders and back again as well. The first night we had a ferro haul we ran into that problem. We would have been hours waiting for everyone to get them copied, so we did two teams of gang warping.
