I'm currently enjoying the SNES emulator on my Xbox, although Street Figher 2 on the chunky controller isn't easy :!:

enclosed is a claim letter for the damage done to my ladder I leant you a few years back.
It seems to have buckled, and is now covered in some form of washable red paint. You haven't replied to any of my letters since I leant you that ladder, which is why I'm now taking up legal proceedings.
Regards,
your friendly (yet frustrated) neighbour,
Bob
P.S. The chalk outline on your patio still puzzles me
