So am I, despite a little flowery language, but you like console shooters and so are of the opinion that what they're doing isn't a big problem. From the perspective of someone who plays PC shooters, even one who is trying to be impartial, I still see a high chance of me not liking this game.
If you were a rugby fan, and someone proposed changes to make the ball round and let you kick it about, you'd think it was a very bad thing. A football fan might not see what the problem is. Doesn't mean you should start liking football instead of rugby.
Of course you're entitled to express your opinion, and I'm glad you are because it's good to have an alternative viewpoint on a subject where people get emotional, but just because people are angry about something doesn't make them ill informed. At least not all the time.
