I say Genesis because that's what I had (and still actually have in a box somewhere, in California I think). I had a NES rather than a Famicom, though.Dog Pants wrote:PC Engine or Neo Geo then. Google goteim!

Neo Geo games didn't all look great remember, especially some of the earlyones.Dog Pants wrote:I'm still stumped. I don't think it's a Neo Geo game, doesn't look as high resolution.
Fair enough. I'll come clean, I never played one. In fact I never owned a console until I bought a PlayStation, and I've still only played a handfull of games on any of them.eion wrote: Neo Geo games didn't all look great remember, especially some of the earlyones.
I've only played a Neo Geo a few times, except for emulated stuff. No-one I knew owned one (surprise surprise) so it was in the arcade (MVS cabinet thingy), which was more than my pocket money would stretch to - especially when I had a NES I could play as much as I wanted.Dog Pants wrote:

Actually, thinking back I'm sure I've handled one of the home Neo Geo (AES) systems, so it's possible that someone I knew did have one, and I think I know who it might have been... either way, I never got to play on it.

One of my friends (the one who I suspect might have had a Neo Geo) had a Turbo Express, the handheld version of the Turbografx, and I played Bonk's Adventure on it once or twice. I remember thinking it was a pretty cool toy (especially seeing as how you couldn't get them in the UK). No idea if he had a Turbografx as well, but it wouldn't surprise me... he was one of those kids.FatherJack wrote:I've never even seen a NeoGeo or a Turbografx box. Played King of Fighters lots on emulators, though.
