Guess the game? As in guess the film/TV show/game the quote is from?
If so: Full Metal Jacket.

lmao, I meant a "quote" thread (which is a game) , not a "quote from a game" thread. But I'm glad to have inspired you
It's going to be pretty difficult as I see it, but it'll be interesting to see what turns up.

That was how I read it, but then this thread threw me a bit!

Hows about posting a screenshot from a game and guessing that, like the movie thread? In fact...
Bonus points for telling me whose corpse that is.

Ok, here are what i think we have here:
1: Microcosm, Sega Mega-CD
2: Exile, (too colourful for the BBC, is it on the speccy?
3. Op wolf, C64?
4. Not a clue, but it looks like a zx80/81 game ETA: although, that atari symbol makes me think of a 2600

I only know what 3 is (Op Wolf or maybe Thunderbolt), and I agree that it's the C64 version. 2 is too colourful for the speccy too though I think.
EDIT: And according to Wiki Exile wasn't out on the speccy but it does look like the BBC version.

16-bit colour? I think not.
Remember that 8-bit colour gives you 256 colours.

1: Wrong
2: Exile, BBC
3. Op Wolf, C64
4. ZX80 and 81 were black and white only, and yes the Atari symbol is a giveaway, I'll tell you it's the 2600, the rest is an easy guess if you don't know it.
Don't know what Lat's is, although it looks familiar...
