*Looks at ps3 summer line up*
*laughs at Microsoft*
i got it in january and completed zelda in about 2 weeks. lost interest in wii sports in about the same amount of time. got warioware and was bored off that in 2 days. marvel ultimate alliance is pretty pants and spiderman 3 is a pile of wank.
Haven't bought any others for it cos i can't see anything that looks half decent. i might get harry potter so i can play at waving a wand around and i will be getting mario party 8 and super paper mario.
less than half a dozen good games in nearly a year is pretty poor realy isnt it. and noones done anything truly amazing with the mtion senseing controls as far as i can tell.
I still play mine a lot, I do play it more when I have friends over though. Its more of a social gaming machine than a sit down and play on your own one I find. If I want to play single player games I'll use the PC 7 times out of ten, but for those other 3 I still like to play Tiger woods, wii Bowling and Dragon Ball Z 2 holds a special place in my heart. the Place that likes kicking the crap out of things and then blasting them with huge fire balls.

When the prices come down a bit, I will also be buying Metroid Prime, Tiger Woods 07 (allthough 08 is coming out soon) & SSX Blur.
It's true there are a lot of naff games out there for the Wii, but innovative games like Boogie, and the new DDR game look brilliant, as dancing around like a prat on a mat whilst waving the controllers sounds like fun, even if you do look a tosser in the process
There's also a good little point and click style adventure game (I can't remember the name of it) which looks interesting, and Soul Calibur Legends looks fucking awesome with the recent screen shots.
Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles looks amazing, as it's basically the next game on from RE4, and allows you to play co op as well as single player, and the idea of running round darkened rooms shooting zombies together is pretty exciting. Check out the video here http://www.capcom.co.jp/bio_uc/
