This should also work in game - parts will anyway.

UPDATE 09/04/2007: This has now been converted to an Alliance Killboard at request of Steamy and in agreement with the powers that be in 5punk. You will notice kills are now missing for when you were not in BUM. You can still see these by filtering on 5punkorp.

With all respect, I doubt you'll ever have that many kills narf unless your in a smart bombing mothership being blobbed by shuttle bombers.

Steamy and some assorted random Hobos have asked me to turn the 5punkorp KB into the alliance KB.

What are peoples views on this?

/waiting for permission

Given I host it, I'm okay with 5punkers and our allies having rights to post on it, and for people we trust (I'll go with Fear/Friz's judgement here) to have admin rights to the killboard itself.

I'm not okay with anyone I don't know about having access to the underlying shell accounts, FTP, SQL or the other Dreamhost gubbins, but if someone does need access to heavily mod the backend, contact me and we'll sort out what they need.

Having a separate db for alliance stuff, while possible if we wanted it, would probably be impractical, but there's no technical limitation.

FJ I will/would not give out any access to anything besides the applications themselves. Certainly not unix shell accounts. I am the only one with this.

AFAIK the only two admins of the board are myself and Friz.

Admin's defo - keep it small and defo only 5punkers. Btw, any chance we can tweak the background colours a bit? The green on dark blue is hard to read. Perhaps try and match the forum colours: black and blue on a white background with light blue trimmings?

I don't like the new colourscheme :(

I always hate sites with dark layouts like that for some reason.

I agree, I hate black and dark websites with a passion too. But I can't be arsed to do another colour scheme just now and all the standard ones are black or almost black.

I quite like that theme actually, the orangey fire goes nicely with the orange text and a good choice on the logo font.
