This should also work in game - parts will anyway.
UPDATE 09/04/2007: This has now been converted to an Alliance Killboard at request of Steamy and in agreement with the powers that be in 5punk. You will notice kills are now missing for when you were not in BUM. You can still see these by filtering on 5punkorp.

Given I host it, I'm okay with 5punkers and our allies having rights to post on it, and for people we trust (I'll go with Fear/Friz's judgement here) to have admin rights to the killboard itself.
I'm not okay with anyone I don't know about having access to the underlying shell accounts, FTP, SQL or the other Dreamhost gubbins, but if someone does need access to heavily mod the backend, contact me and we'll sort out what they need.
Having a separate db for alliance stuff, while possible if we wanted it, would probably be impractical, but there's no technical limitation.
