At this point i'm impartial as to where to go...

However, I am very set on the idea that we need to decide soon. We have been in limbo for almost a month with taking down the stuff in JK- to starting to move here.

We either need to settle down here and open up shop 100% or move on (soon) and set up elsewhere quicker then not.

I'll go where the corp. goes. It will work for us either way. Let us just decide quickly :)

how far from 0.0 is Fru and what are the systems like around there as I never actually ventured any further than there and if we don't stay in Gem, I like the thought of returning to our original home

Thanks for the response guys, with Rain now having a job and me getting a raise at work I shouldn't have to worry about paying for EvE anymore. :knock on wood: I just felt bad that when the brown smelly stuff hit the metal rotating thingy in EvE it also hit here at home IRL. :/

I don't want to stop playing, even got Rain to play since I rarely play FFXI anymore with her. I just don't want to feel like dead weight in 5punk since all I like to do is mission whore. Maybe I should get into a few more 5punkfleets, I doubt my curse of not finding anyone to shoot at while looking for trouble will hurt us here. Hehe, maybe that's what we need for it too be quiet around here. Just have me sit in a gate camp 23/7. No one would ever show. :P

Heh, you're not wrong there. narf, despite all our posturing and chest beating when we moved to 'rifis, we're all still 5punkers at the end of the day. And it looks like your missioning might be moving to the top of the list of 5punky activities soon anyway - exploration, missions, cosmos and complexes - plenty of PvE stuff to do together in empire and Rain can come along too - we'll need haulers and salvages to clear up the devestation after we've swarmed through

I've also been working on my exploration skills, by friday I'll have EU5 for cov ops/recon ships and hacking, already have archeology. I haven't been able to explore much, but I did find a hidden belt in Berta that had 26 Omber roids, which Akiki quickly dispatched.

Sweet. Also FYI Mano has exploration, hacking and archeology trained up as well. I've got a few exploration skills as well but not to the same extent. I figured that exploring was an alts game after doing it a few times!

i like the sound of that but problem is i cant do crap on missions when there WT around. all ships fitted for pvp and cant earn isk atm.

i think where ISS moved to not the best place to go to. too many hostiles and right next door to empire.

Privateer seem on tent to give us a hard time. So i think we Should pay them plenty of visit. go to Jita and give them what for! They starting to get really annoying and not able to play so much. I don't mind if its a normal war but they are a joke! doing it for the sake of it and exploiting the war system. I think they need to limit there alliance war decs u know?

I do feel we need a break from ISS and get some income in first! I cant do mission / i cant rat (Too many people) I can mine (Privateers). I don't have money to start on building too. So something needs to happen.

once count opened the door and told the alliance where we're going i've been holding back waiting to see how an alliance works in 1 constellation, not so good from what i am seeing. i've moved stuff over in korsiki but thats about it. has any one thought of leaving ISS and going to another alliance that is not in the war that has more respect for themselves. A lot of us thought the weak got removed during the zxic campaign. obviously we were wrong, and maybe and i am just saying maybe take a step back like the other corp that just left. there is a difference between loyalty and blind faith in something. Lot of us started our 0.0 lives cause of ISS and will do anything for them.

on another thought what did we expect in going there? that life was going to be bliss ratting and mining? obviously this is not the case and from the little intel we got from privateers it is only going to get worse

I'll put 50mil towards Aki's i want to play eve fund. Also if lee owes anything let me know i told him i would that as well.

if we do leave or take a break I say we go to low security mission hub and take it over (the new lvl 5 and 6). those will not be solo-able missions and will require team work. hell lvl 6 sill be for you capital pilots and it will probably mean I will go to carrier as well, damn you CCP. i just can't wait to salvage the first npc capital ship and loot it for my small armor repair and 800 cap booster. low security so we'll be able to pirate as well if we like.

either way I go where ever corp goes. frizi only say the word and i shall be there with guns blazing and giggling at rabbit tickling strangers prostates

I was thinking about Akiki getting into it, but Aki was so much closer to it. She does have Astro 4 and can use all the probes, but Aki is a few days away from a cov ops with scan time reducing rigs and the hacking rig. I also have the pinpointing, triangulation and the one that speeds up scan time to 3 gonna finish them out to 4 after I get in my ship....

And I'm good for paying to play atm, just when Rain did not have a job and I was trying to support 4 people on what I was bringing home it was not happening. I did save the house, but still lost the car. Not saying I couldn't always use more isk in game though. :P

you all know i love my missions, if we were to go that route i would insist that our new office be in low security. that is where all the good agents are going soon. honestly low security is not that crowded. I would like to not be in the main mission hubs, pirates, lag are the 2 reasons why.

right now i am based in high security in aphend. i got 3 amarr agents and 2 caladari agents all lvl 4 qty 18 and up. amarr cosmos (they have the best cosmos bpcs) is only 10 jumps away. i am going to be posting a big post on cosmos today where i will also outline some ideas I got. it would work best if no alliance tho.

peter you stated you suck at missions or never done them. there are 3 basic skills that will get you into lvl 2's in no time. SOCIAL (Skill at social interaction. 5% Bonus to NPC agent, corporation and faction standing increase.), CONNECTIONS (Skill at interacting with friendly NPCs. 4% Bonus to effective standing towards friendly NPC Corporations.), NEGOTIATIONS (Skill at agent negotiation. Improves agent effective quality. 5% additional pay per skill level for agent missions.) i got most of them at lvl 3, honestly just accept 4 missions go in BS, pulse bomb the group and turn in, few hours later your already on to next level. once you pass the crap stage it gets profitable.

This is me personally... so far in Geminate it's over crowded and over hostile for 5punk to flourish. From my point of view 5punk was one of the most consistently active corps throughout the war and it's burnt most of us out, I know I was looking forward to chilling out and I honestly don't think we can do it in this area. ISS is slowly crumbling, Lyrus and SUH leaving is a huge blow and the spirit the alliance had at the start of the C3 defense has vanished. Chilling out in empire with no war decs, doing what we wanna do and just having fun again? Yes please.

I agree! This area is known to be a grave yard for alliances and i think ISS is dieing to be honest. That is my view tho. Privateers is a problem too! ISS needs to move and merge with a large alliance like in D2 space or something because we cant last now. I feel Privateers have cut the Oxegen from us but threats in empire.

I love ISS like anyone else but we need Privateers died for us to rebuild or otherwise its like C3 all over again.

This is excellent information that I never knew, which explains why I completely gave up on missions after my first two weeks of playing. Worth a sticky, perhaps.
