It's all covered in Count's
Future of ISS thread on the ISS forum. This is basically what we've been discussing for some time now. In a nutshell, sell/ditch the public outposts, start up more agreements like the one with LV in Tenerifis, go NBSI to help us better achieve our aims, and set ourselves up as a true megacorp. 500bill isk opens up a lot of doors. One of the best anaologies was the 'Mercenary Capitalist'. We are to industry what MC is to PvP. However, there are no concrete plans as yet and probably won't be until the IAC thing resolves itself one way or another.
But the war is serving to strip out the corps from ISS who won't participate or can't handle it and are therefore meer baggage. In true 5punky fashion we're acquitting ourselves so well that we're actually making even more of a name for ourselves - ISS mgmt
really don't want us to go, almost more than Praxis at the moment, and that's a real debt of gratitude that we can play on to get the best bits of the pie when it comes to it, rather than being the new boys in town in some upstart alliance who doesn't know us from jack. We're right at the top of ISS.
Tenerifis will offer everything that you have asked for in that other 'Playing Priorities' thread I put up, apart from outright piracy - you'd have to join Moarty to get that. If we switch to NBSI, then that'll be the final piece of the jigsaw. With all that plus our gleaming rep, why leave the alliance when the going is so good? I, like many of you, was very despondent about it all until recently. The steady grind of train, rat, POS, train, rat, POS was wearing me down. But I think the changes in the air are great and the opportunity to forge new ground with a genuinely great bunch of people who pride themselves on doing something
different in Eve is one not to be missed.
