I played for about an hour. Stupidly I was expecting a port to the source engine rather than a Steam delivered UT2004 mod.
Nevertheless it looks and plays okay but it's got far too many controls for my liking and I didn't know all the buttons so was slightly crippled. I did manage to get a few good kills though which does say something for the balancing of the game, no matter how good you are you can always get taken done by a n00b, just like in real war.
Entering vehicles gives you a realistic view through the small slots which makes it very easy to run over your own team mates, which I did and so decided I wasn't qualified to drive them. Also grenades are almost pointless as they travel no distance at all and you have more chance of killing yourself than the enemy.
Overall quite a good game but far too "realistic" for my tastes.
