Hmm, never done that with hash browns. Bacon, Cheese, 2 layers of beef sure, but hash browns you say? :boogie:

I voted classic, as cheese on toast with lee and perrins is ftw, but your missing spicy cheese, stuff with peppers and spice in it. I love that stuff :)

learn to love mayo, it acts as a gasket to stop the bread getting soggy.

I've used mayo instead of butter or margarine for years. I try to avoid the cheap runny stuff that tastes vaguely of lemon, though.

though i only learned to love it pretty recently.

utterly swear by it for stuff like burgers.

I don't like cheese at all.

However I will eat it if its been melted i.e. cheese on toast, pizza and so on.
Cheese tastes, well... smelly, and it somehow evolves into something nice tasting when melted.

I opted for Blues, I love them all. Honourable mention to Mozzarella for antipasti, I cocking love moz with Parma ham and fresh melon, in fact, that shall be lunch today.
