Upstream 	352.9 Kbps 	( = 0.3 Mbps )

However I'm paying £25 for the fucker, because I'm not eligible "brand new customers only"

I might choose blueyonder again when I move, but I expect I might go with the new cheap as fuck talktalk package

The new, professional microfilter and RJ11 cable I got from http://www.adslnation.com/ has slightly improved my signal to noise ratio (or margin). So if anyone else is using cheap components and getting a bad service you might want to try investing in them as well, £14 for both including delivery.
