6:03 13 mistakes mostly due to mixing up what the {} and - around numbers meant :dohtwo:

yeah, -X- just means that they are not *all* together in a row. Some of them can be touching as long as there is at least one gap. That tripped me up to start with too, its not well explained at all. It basically just means "definitely not {X}"

yeah just had a prod at a couple puzzles and found it much easier with that, also just got introduced to the numbers inside blue hexes mechanics which may have been helpful too.

the remaining guesswork is slowly turning into brainworks

I was trying to teach Sprog to play earlier, at her request. By level 1-3 she was starting to get the hang of what the basic numbers meant. Making mistakes didn't seem to frustrate her in the least though (unlike me).

Kids are much less bothered by failing in games. It would be great to be like that again.

Maybe it's because kids like repetition, whereas adults hate it.

I did this one early today before i went to work and accidentally clicked through the score screen at the end, it was about 5 minutes with i think 7 mistakes but i don't seem to be able to find a way to bring it back for exact numbers

12:46 - 4 mistakes

Is there something I'm missing here? I'm not sure I could physically click that fast... in the video it looks like they're dragging the mouse over several and breaking loads at the same time, is this a thing or just speeded up?

Hahaha, todays was not my best time.

03122014 - 329:26, 2 mistakes. No, thats not a typo. I started the game, got distracted, forgot about it and went shopping instead.

03122014 - 7:06 with 0 mistakes. I felt like I did pretty well on that one but Joose robbed me of a potential legitimate victory with his outrageous time.

EDIT: Hang on, that was yesterday's.

7:01 and 1 mistake. That was tricky, but the far right column was fun to unpick.
