I thought they'd said Watch Dogs was exclusive during the launch show, but it was late and they must have just said 'launch title with exclusive features'. There had been a lot of speculation that it looked too graphically advanced to be a PS3 game, but I hadn't realised it was also being developed for PC and 360 (and WiiU) as well, sorry for the confusion.
I was looking from the perspective of upcoming PS3 games which seemed likely to be switched to the new platform to boost sales of it. That's somewhat of a relief as it does look quite interesting.
There is something of a convergence of technology now between consoles and PCs, so there are few technical reasons why all games can't be multiplatform, but exclusivity deals are rarely done on technical grounds. Fortunately this doesn't look to be one of them.

Re: New Games 2013
I'm also quite sure they said PS4 exclusive for Watch Dogs when I watched the reply last night. But I'm also sure that only means it will be released on the PS4 first and exclusive for a while. Aren't the Skyrim DLCs sold as 360 exclusive, then come out on other platforms a bit later?
