The door's rusted shut like the last one. This one seems a lot less decayed though (it isn't directly in the rain), and so a lot more sturdy.

The impact causes an almighty boom which echoes deep into the factory. The whole frame of the door moves a little and damp concrete crumbles from all around it. You reckon given enough kicks like that the concrete will probably give way and the whole door fall in. Whether your boots survive is another matter.

Can I get to the other side of the door through one of the holes in the wall?

Hang on a second Eraser. Let me see if I can get this open from the other side first. I'd rather not collapse this place while we're in it.
I'll hop through and take a look around.

It's pretty easy to slip through the hole, although it would have been even easier if the rollers still worked. It's a bit constrictive on the conveyor line with the overhanging machinery, but you can slide off through the shelves onto the pathway alongside where the door is. It looks in slightly better condition on this side, but it's still pretty rusty. There's a keypad on both sides, neither of which are in any decent state, and a maintenance panel above it.

If you need a hand on that side I could port through. Or we could just let Eraser unlock it.

You could climb through too. It would be a squeeze for Eraser, but nobody else should have any real trouble.

It's also rusted shut so it needs quite some persuasion. Inside are the various motors and gears which raise the door. Would you like to make a Mechanics Repair roll?

Since I actually have that skill, why not?

The mechanics look dirty and a bit rusty, but you reckon some brute horse might cajole them into working order. There's a ratchet on the rack that it lifts on, so with a bit of tinkering and some more horse you could probably ratchet it open.

It's really not that much of a squeeze, you fit through easily, if awkwardly.
