When I saw the changelist I thought, "Man, 1.6.1 is going to be great!". But I underestimated Notch's powers. 1.6.2 it is.

edit: 1.6.3.
edit: 1.6.4.

That would be an awesome thing to come across in game on rare occasions. If it ever was there it's a shame it's been taken out.

Wow, impressive. Good to see people still building inspiring stuff in Minecraft.

So, that's a thing.

Notch wrote:- There are "PR Guidelines" I'm supposed to follow. Until I know what that is (and why I agreed to it), I can't say much at all.

- This is awesome! :D

- Me and Jens are still as much on the PC version as we've ever been. We two are not console developers. A new team is doing the Xbox version

- You will be able to play it without Kinect BUT WITH THE POWER OF KINECT YOU WILL FEEL CLOSER TO YOUR GAME THAN EVAR BEFORE AND ALSO IT SAVES KITTENS

- It won't be a straight port

I don't imagine the Kinect support will do too much. I'm sure MS tack on Kinect support to games to make it seem like the device is worth owning.

They should really make a diamond one, or you'd have to replace it every five minutes.
