Need to bring to bear (no pun intended) first.

Bugger, forgot that. Would this situation count as being in Overwatch, given that I know roughly where they'll be?

Feasibly, but then it sets a precedence for not bringing to bear on nearby targets. That's not a problem per se, but it does add another roll in combat and makes it even more bullet-time. So I'd say that it's only when you're waiting for a target to enter your line of sight, maybe that it takes a phase to get into firing position.

Nay probs. Phase 5 then I'll bring to bear on a gibbering mutant (your mum, lol). Preferably the one that looks the most like Nicolas Cage.

I'll aim on Phase 5, sorry. Brainspazzing again. If they're not moving then I'll take a moment just to make sure I hit them.
I'll see what everyone else does on 1 before I make a decision.

I'll have a shot at one of the mutants:

8 - 4 (darkness) - 2 (medium range) - 2 (running) + 2 (large target)

4,10,+2 = 16

Using da bomb again.

The blast throws the thing into the air slightly but doesn't slow it down. It is smouldering and bleeding though.

6, 5 + 10 = 21

# rounds hit: Auto/Support (5) + RoF (3) + Large Target (2) - Target Sprinting (2) - Vision (1): +7

The burst tears a chunk out of the lumbering monster and it flops into a gory pile.

PHASE 2

Eraser - 24m/13m/28m
Deject - 52m/41m/56m
Others - 72m/61m/76m

Deject, Eraser, Grimmie please.

I'll holster my AR and charge in after Eraser with my Mutilator and Long Knife at the ready, and just for kicks, I'll switch my armor to the Flying Jelly Attack Confectionery imagery.
