I've heard people rave about this but I don't want to do it to myself, it looks frustrating.

I bought Penumbra and Amnesa. I may be too scared to play the latter.

Super Meat Boy is great. It does get frustrating, but I've never felt it was unfair. It's one of those games where you can be stuck on one level for hours and finally give up... but you'll come back the next day and do it first time.
The soundtrack is also fantastic.

It's certainly pretty looking. I'll give it a go.

I almost did, but then thought, "Wait, this is a flight sim, I hate those."

Metacritic reviews are odd, they talk of compromise but I can't tell of what outside of it not being a proper sim.
I'm interested though so I'd like to hear a 5punkers view on it.

I'm downloading it at the moment, I'll be sure to give a mini review about it. it's going to have to be very good to top IL-2 though.

Section 8 is pretty good fun, Pnut and myself put quite a few hours in to the beta with quite a few others jumping in and out. It's got a few bits and pieces that make it fun for a blast like drop podding into the fight to bring sudden overwhelming horse.

Except it can and did, hence the removal of the sub fee to get people to play.
