I'm in
Righty ho, I'm in. thx for the invite HeHulk. I'm 34 B@$&ard jumps from 5punkorp so I'll do that tomorrow. Blimey but the tutorial's long! Lots to see though...!
See ya tomorrow
@ pixie pie; I remember college; I had more time on my hands then than at any time since! If you really rekon you only have 4 hours a week free (you didn't mean 4 hours a day, did you..?), I suggest you change to a 'better' course, ie; one that allows at least double daily helpings of [insert favorite Ozzie soap here]. Once you're fitted out with a wife/husband and a job, believe me you'll have less time than you do now!

It's worse; J'ai Francais
Some of the Jumps to get to you are through 0.2 / 0.1 space. Should I hang in the safety of 1.0 untils I can afford a more worthy ship? Also; where can I gate a clone? I assume in the market. Anyhoo, may have worked this out soon. See you later.
If you go into the map, then near the search box, you should see a tab called autopilot. Click on that and thats where you can customise your route (selecting 'prefer safest' will keep you out of bad space) as 0.4 space and below is where pirates can live. There are is one who sometimes lurks around in Fru but we're looking to deal with that
Staying in safe space may not be such a bad plan (you can do trading, agent missions, the tutorial, mining, whatever takes your fancy!) until you get to grips with the controls and so on because there are times when you need to leg it at the drop of a hat, but if you decide to come out to us, we will look out for you.
Clones can be obtained from a station with Medical Facilities, then they will show up with the station buttons. The way I tend to find these is to undock, then right click in space and go to the stations list and hit show info. This will bring up a window about the station. Once there go to the facilities list and you're looking for medical facilities (I think). Once in there pick a clone that will cover your level of skill points (you can upgrade and move it) and make sure you pick an appropriate station to live, as this is where you reappear if you get killed.
