I want to use my PSP online (on most games it only supports AdHoc meaning I have to be within 10 foot of someone else with a PSP and the same game)
There is a program to do this on the PS3 but it is not compatable if you have your PS3 connected via wireless. Something like, since the ps3 only has 1 wireless card it would have to be focused on either the adhoc for adhoc party or going online...
So my question is, can I connect a router to my router downstairs (wireless) and then ethernet my PS3 to the router in my bedroom to bypass this?
Is this possible?

You can always buy wireless extenders and Network Access Points, I'd be suprised if they only did wireless and didn't have any ethernet ports.
I do have a question though regarding the PS3, are you sure that if it's connected to ethernet that you can use the wireless connection for something else? I don't have one but it wouldn't suprise me if it can only use one form of connection at a time.
