I got an IMO (alcohol image) file for it off Overnet (until I managed to find it for a tenner 2nd hand in Gamestation) - it's well worth it, the single-player game alone is class. Multiplayer just kicks ass.
Curses! I do own a legit copy of the game, but a mate borrowed it and then went to live in Peru for a year. The bastard.
I shall have to see if he has left it with his parents, as he has most of the rest of his stuff.
Im loath to spend time downloading something i already, technically, own.
/sends hatefull thoughts towards Peru
On a lighter note, it is well worth getting. As the man says, the single player kicks ass. Although you may want to invest in some rubber undies before playing the marine levels.
This may have to be postponed, I'm afraid, because NDO have fucked up my ADSL connection. I called their tech support and basically ended up having to tell them how to do their goddamn job. Idiots.

meh? how did you not find it? its definately there. In the games section, cunningly hidden in PC games, under the title "aliens verses preditor 2". Theres various versions, and the expansion pack.
Update: sorry folks, my ADSL will be down until Tuesday "at the earliest" - which I am MONUMENTALLY pissed off about. *snarls*
On a better note, I got a loan of UT2004 from a mate at work, and it seems to run fairly well once all the details are cranked down a bit. Although outside levels suffer, inside is fine.

Welcome to 5punk, and I look forward to walking round dark corridors with you and a pulse rifle
while we are on the Pulse rifle subject, can i just say now that anyone who cant resist the urge to spout the marnies Pulse rifle speech from the film (im sure you know the one. Where he goes on about "over and under" and all that gibberish) will be feeling the sharp side of my alien-tongue.
also, i have re-aquired avp2. huzzah and hurrah! let the slaughtering commence (soonish)
