I'm getting settled into a new box. The specs are as follows (nothing fancy):

P4 3.2MHZ
2GB PC3200 RAM
ATI Radeon X800 Pro (carried over from the last box)

Everything else is incorporated into the motherboard (sound, networking, etc).

EDIT: I should also add that I had my case custom painted by a friend, and it has funny lights!

Well, I thought that everyone else here has their 10.6THZ boards with custom made video cards forged from the souls of Tibetian refugees and Bob Ross. That's why I have to bow with my mediocre hardware. :)

To be honest, I really didn't look for anything else. My sitpulations were that I needed a fast, non-PCI-E board (video card is still AGP!), so I pounced on the first mobo I found.

StickFigureNinja did a rather awesome series on Bob Ross for a B3ta compo. My favourite being 'Bob Ross - Driver of Doom!".

Deject, stop arguing as fas as Intel/AMD goes, it's pointless, we've all heard it hundreds of times.

As far as i'm concerned, a CPU is a CPU for most people and while the performance differences can be noticable in some benchmarks, they'll make little different in reality.
