steam using firefox
not sure if this is in the right room but.....
for some reason, instead of steam using internet explorer to load the 'community', 'store' and other pages, it's trying to use firefox and coming up with the download box every time I click a link (see picture)
PICHA
any ideas how to fix it?

I know Steam uses an IE base, but I don't know if it's affected by the IE you have installed... see if your copy of IE is the same. If not, you might have to reinstall Steam. If you do, copy your .gfcs somewhere first so you don't have to download your games again.
edit: That's an IE download box by the way, it's just assigning the icon because Firefox is your default. That can be caused either by a borked IE (in Steam or not- see above) or by the valve server being configured wrong.
