nice 2 see sum possitive feed back from some :D maps i reccomend are Surf_skyscraper and Surf_lamo(that one gets u used to surfing as when u fall u get telaported back to the top) and another cool one is raceway :D

Well after reading this topic, I thought I'd give them a try, and after a lot of failure I found them a lot of fun.
From what I learnt this is my tip to newbies: you hardly ever need to walk forward, just use left and right to stay as near the peak of the slide as possible.

Anyone know any decent servers for Surf Maps? I might give these a go at soem point when I'm bored :D

Most of them are pretty much the same, with "teh l33test k1d" shouting at everyone about how crap they are, so I usually just felcher map name for "surf_" and pick one I like the sound of.
