Mustard Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients
- Diced chicken breast
- Bell Peppers
- Mushrooms
- Onions
Marinade
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 6 sundried tomatoes
- 2 Cloves of garlic
Method
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl, add chicken and stir until covered.
Leave to marinade for as long as you can
Stick bits of chicken on skewers with veg, brush with olive oil.
Grill/BBQ until cooked
