*Diced chicken breast
*Bell Peppers
*Mushrooms
*Onions

'''Marinade'''
*2 tbsp Olive Oil
*2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
*1 Tbsp Lemon juice
*6 sundried tomatoes
*2 Cloves of garlic

===Method===
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl, add chicken and stir until covered.  

Leave to marinade for as long as you can

Stick bits of chicken on skewers with veg

Grill/BBQ until cooked
