This time they attacked it over a time span of 4 hours starting at 2:07 eve time.

It will come out on Thursday at 2.05 eve time.

For now I am going to assume that it will be impossible for us to defend at that time (although I´m open for ideas) but the new standing orders are:

Immediate evacuation of all assets from the pos, if this will be to Nakah or to a new pos we plan to set up will be decided tonight, so stay tuned for more.

4 hours? What were they using, a loan raven?

Downside is they clearly now know our least active period and have the capability to exploit that. Guess we need more US people to be active to counter them, or we don't bother with POS's.

Twould be nice to have a nice-sized attack horse logged next door to come in all at once on them.

I don't know if it's possible, but if I can find a way, I'll be on Thursday night! Wifey works, my *ahem* 'borrowed' internet was pretty stable last night, so might be able to fly out w/ a Domi to help rep/keep T2 Heavies at the ready. I think I still have one ready in Nakah, just not sure about shield transfer thingamabobzits.

Could anyone confirm that there are some of those available in the corp hangar?

Also, can large shield bots help a POS? Don't recall their range or the required range for POS repping, or if any of the patches have changed it.

Also, (sorry for my lack of intel, I clearly fail while trying to get back into things) once the POS shields pass 50%, we can toss Stront/fuel in it, right? At that time do the shields start recharging themselves, or do POS's not have a shield recharge rate? I'd think they'd do well to have a shield booster fitting that we could activate once we have it up to 50% or more, but that'd make some kind of sense, so probably not...

Any other US peeps that might be able to make it? Also, would it be worth moving our POS within system so the few UCE's that are there at least have to fly around and look for it instead of having their bookmarks all set already?

Just thoughts from an Eve-starved mind across the pond, hope all is well with you lot!

Also, since their presence in the area has diminished w/ the war, what about taking the POS down to let them build a false sense of security to draw them back, then returning en masse to destroy their morale? Maybe even let them kill this POS so they 'get in the fight' so we can really hurt them?

Also, can someone please beat them repeatedly about the forums. It does really hurt our alliance when they die, which is about twice daily at the current rate. Lyrus have hosting we can use, and subject to FJ we could always run them with the KB.

Hmm, random idea...

But might it not be enough deterrent for us to leave toons logged on in SS in the system? In disposable clones and ships ofc, but just a few peeps w/ some killboard points will make it appear we have at least cov ops scouts about to watch our interests, and they might leave it alone fearing a trap.

Just an idea, but it felt kinda cool and sneaky, so I thought I'd share...

Basically new POS is up in EX- (medium minmtar deathstar).
We have moved all ships/cans from the old POS too the new one.

Denied.

Keep tabs on the alliance forum if any US people are going to do anything. There are a few (BWL, some Ushra Khan) who want to have a pop at them when they come to finish the tower off.

None of the organisation is going to be done by us on this forum - check alliance.

Intention for tonight is to do nothing. We've emptied the POS as much as possible but since there's so few people available at the time, we have no real intel, and they supposedly have quite a big turn out, the general feeling is we'll not be able to do much.

Hence forget the small POS in CB4, and concentrate on the medium we just put up next door in EX

I read on Alliance that it didn't come out until after DT this morning, so I mined for a bit, chatted w/ Dolly, and went to bed. Be on tomorrow for a bit in the post DT a bit.
