I'd be interested in listening to this podcast, but I don't have a fucking clue how it works, and google is overloading me with lots of useless info.

Could you explain how it works, and where I can download your podcast from each week etc..?

I'm glad someone else asked, I even put the URL into iTunes with no joy.

What podcatching software should I use, especially seeing as I have a Creative MP3 player, and not a "Please Don't Die Pod"

EDIT : I'm using iPodder v2.0.5 and I've subscribed to http://www.acidplanet.com/podcasts/rss.asp?id=42

Well I dont care what you say my battered old, 2nd generation iPod does me proud. It's scratched to buggery and the battery may not be as good as it used to be, but 2-3 years of daily use and it's still going strong.

*waves his 3rd generation HFS+ formatted iPod menacingly* GET BACK! BACK I SAY!

*throws rubbish iPod headphones at the hoardes of nasty creative players* TAKE THAT!

Either way, the iPod + iTunes on the Mac rocks... iPod + Winamp's iPod plugin also rocks. iPod + iTunes on the PC is not a good experience.

nope, apart from using it in schools because of the free OS upgrades they get, macs really don't work have a use.

Major OS X upgrades are not free. The last time there was a significant upgrade given out for free it was OS X 10.1, since then all 10.x releases have been at full retail price.

Macs do have their uses, but they remain largely focussed towards markets such as web development, graphics, video and audio production at both consumer and professional level (where they royally kick ass). And since the emergence of OS X, there is also a steady drift of Unix geeks heading for the platform now.

Anyway, that's enough of that, let's get this thread back on topic and discuss Deject's podcasting.
