This post is mostly here to make sure everyone has a fair chance to see the player rules,
the admin rules and other info that comes to mind relating to the Bukkake CS:S server.

Basic Info:
Friendly Fire is always on.
Flashlights are disabled.
Autosnipers are restricted.
Server is protected by steambans.com

Guidelines for players:
Please do not:
Camp in an unfair manner.
Continue to use awps if you're trouncing the other team.
Cheat.

Guidelines for admins:
Do not boast about being admin, do not abuse your power.
No unfair treatment of anyone.
No punishment without reason and warning.
No kicking/banning for no good reason or without warning.
All bans should be temporary, if a person is banned for cheating, a demo should be emailed to berk else the ban will not be upheld.
use admin rights only when needed, if a player is breaking the rules or playing unfairly;
1) Ask them kindly to stop what they're doing wrong (make sure they know)
2) Identify yourself as an admin, and ask them to stop what they're doing wrong (make sure they know)
3) Repeat the request for them to stop, state that this is their last warning
4) If naughtyness contines, punish player as is fitting* make sure they know why they've been punished
5) punish and warn the player once more
6) ban the player for a couple of hours
*make the punishments fair, if someone is being a dirty camper, slap them with 0 damage a few times. don't just slay them
