Sunday Evening Op - Lead by Lyrus

Post by friznit »

Lyrus are going to run an op on Sunday (they need as much training as we do in PvP). Let's give them a good turn out.

18:00 EVE time, Sunday 17th. PvP op. Starting at Nakah. Alliance will be invited too, but I'd like to see a lot of Lyrus make it.

I will be your Learner FC for the day. So, while not a suicide op, only ships & implants that you're not afraid to lose. You have been warned.

We will want (ALL with MWD):

One, maybe two Cov Ops. Equipped to scan stuff down, with maybe speed fittings for mobile BM as well. This is the one role I really do not expect to lose, so you can not worry too much about it.

Frigs. We'll need a few of these, all with tackling gear.

Cruisers. Mainly EWar (whatever you're best at. Nothing wrong with a mix of all 3) & DPS.

Op will be on Vent since TS doesn't work properly for me.

I'll be in a HAM & EWar Caracel.

Small point: there are too many people logging on, wanting to come on an op but then complaining they don't have a ship ready in Nakah. Dres is working his butt off to get corp ships and materials sorted for you, so make use of it. Take 10 minutes during the day to jump over there and fit out a couple of frigs and a cruiser so you're ready when the time comes.

Dres built me 10 fitted rifters for my carrier aswell. I will dump them in the Nakah corp hanger (as I don't need them yet) so feel free to pinch em

Please let me know if you need anything specific as well. I'm stocking as I can w/ T1 stuffs, but if the crashing T2 market is making it all more affordable, I'll just stick to ships/ammo/and what we do need.

Also, don't forget the corp insured BC's and BS's! Let me know if you need something!

I could do with a couple of cruisers for EW work. I'm Gallente so Thorax or Vexor - don't know which is best for EW.

there are at least 2 vexors form Dres' last run in the Nakah corp hanger (there were three, but erm nvm)

Fit the fekkers and have fun. Bubble has arranged for me to go out for dinner somewhere then hopefully I can slope off to the pub, so have fun!

:above: 2 Vexors in Nakah, and more in my hangar 2 jumps out along with a bunch of other stuff. I'll move it in just as soon as I can get a scout there.

Btw, packaged cruisers reside in the secure hangar until they're corp insured, after which they'll get stuck in the ships & skills bit. Don't want to corp insure too much though unless they're going to be used.

Frigs are free. Not really worth insuring them much anyway :)
