Elite 4?

Has anyone with their finger more on the pulse than me heard anything about Elite 4?

I think its one game I have been looking forward to for as long as I can remember. Sods law if its ever made, it will suck teh big one one!111!

yes, did this start out as liney graphics where you had to deliver and trade things?

And MS stole the idea to create freelancer?

I am a follower of gaming news and there's not much info out there but apparently David Braben is still working on it, as he has been for many years. It's all very secret though.

But I'm not sure how great it will be these days, it's got lots of competition now. * points up *

True, but I have played most of the Elite inspired games since and havent really been that impressed with them. Played X2 for a bit, but the interface just drove me insane and I gave up on it.
