As I'm having a clear out, this stuff is going cheap to anyone who needs it. I'll be posting this in other places, and maybe ebay later, so shout if anything could be useful to you.

I can always use storage, so interested in the array. How does it connect to stuff: NAS, iSCSI?

It fits into any computer you have already, assuming you can cram in the drives in and have a spare PCI slot.
The controller card has its own bios onboard, where you define the array and when you pop in the drivers you can see it in windows as one big hard drive, or whatever you like.
Its perfect for a home-server or a download machine or similar.

Ah, I had imagined an external device, but no problem - I've got an old box that should accommodate that. PM me what you want for it, and I'll paypal you and probably motor down and grab it.

no, they are both analogue. I dont think its shit, but i dont think ive used that one. I have a hauppauge tv card in my machine and the media center downstairs and im very happy with them both, albeit they are the newer type.
I'm not a fan of the hauppauge software, but you can use all sorts of better stuff like media portal or whatever.
