Slayer's EvoX Auto Installer

Post by Woo Elephant Yeah »

Right then badger fuckers, I have tried several times to load all the extra mutlimedia and software goodness with this, however all I get is an updated MS Xbox Dash.

As mentioned before in another post, I've not bothered to change the hard drive for a newer one.

I assume the EvoX dash should appear providing I've loaded all the extras properly onto the right partitions i.e C&E?

I have a first generation mod chip in my Xbox, so it might be something to do with that as well.

I may give it a go with a new larger hard disk, but I can't see what difference this is going to make, I still think the new MS Dash will appear, and not the EvoX one.

Is there something I have to manually edit in order for the EvoX dash to appear when turning on the XBox???

Seriously though, there's a lot of stuff to consider,

does your modchip
1) work.
2) start automagically
c) need a button holding to load itself.
d) have a bios on it
5) other stuff.

I think I'll just try a newer hard disk.

Failing that may kick it in the fuck, and cover it in jam and 5punk in it's eye (allthough this could cause the thing to blow up in my face  )

Maybe I should try dipping the power lead in water?
