Gay-Cube

Post by Joose »

One of the guys i have moved in with have a faaabulous-cube, so im finally entering the world of consoles. I have to say, kicking his arse at Medal of Honour on my first go was mightily amusing.

Im trying to persuade him to convert to the seX-box, as the faaabulous cubes cutey-cutey thing is beginning to get on my tits. In the meantime, however, does anyone know of any good games for the cube?

Rouge Squadron I've always found to be pretty good, and F ZeroXon the N64 was amazing, not sure about the GC though!

Phantasy Star is a great game, it's primarily online but if you can manage the get that cube online then you can have a cookie, anyway it's still mighty fun in offline multiplayer, but its not to everyones tastes.

Timesplitters: Future Perfect will fill your multiplayer desires for ever and ever, and it's loosing its cutesy image with the inclusion of blood and all.

If cutesy gets you pissed off then get Resident Evil 4. In fact, get it anyway. Just get it.

Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes is great, but its a bit short. Still, it's Metal Gear, so we'll let it off.

Mario Kart.

And I agree that Rogue Squadron was OK too.

I didn't like Mario Kart. It wasn't that it wasn't true to the originals or anything, I just didn't like it.

If you want to try the cream of the Nintendo crop on the faaabulous-cube try these:

Paper Mario
Pikmin
Luigi's Mansion
Mario Party (with 4 players)

But only if you are open minded enough to not be put off by so-called cutesy graphics.

I think you would enjoy Animal Crossing. Also Pokémon Colosseum.
