Killed me and eion in the Waugh, doesn't appear to be in any clan, just some random nutter I suppose. He's legged it of course.

He was the leader of the now disbanded CCTU. They've obviously taken it upon themselves to start attacking us now, despite the fact they never got on with the Colonial Police.

The bunch of girls spend most of their time hiding.
