Dodgy Warcraft 3 Online Solution Goodness!

Post by Joose »

Ive just found a rather handy little program that allows less than official games to be played ever teh interweb by persuading it that teh interweb is actually a LAN.

Cleverness indeed.

It works too! hurrah!

Only the person whos hosting needs it to make it work, you simply put in everyones IP and the game will pop up on their LAN game selection.

also, it will accept a mix of dodgy and non-dodgy versions. Yay!

So, anyone want a go? I certainly do!

If you dont have Warcraft 3, im sure you can get it via bittorrent from somewhere. Not that i advocate this kind of thing at all, no. But you could, if you were being naughty.

anyone up for it?

this is cunning, and I am quite willing to give it a go!

Although at the moment my XP has gone horrendously tits up, so I might be a while in fixing it!
