So, Me, Rabbit and Jimmy went off looking for trouble earlier, and the pipe seemed pretty dead. Out of fatigue myself and jimmy jumped into ZXIC (t'was an accident, honest) and warped to the kdf gate. Jimmy jumped, I didn't. Jimmy then calls over Vent 'Uh guys, there's an IAC hauler here about to jump'. At this point, rabbit was on the gate with me and sure enough a few seconds later hauler jumps. What followed is one of the best kills I've ever made.

The Kill
What survived (minus some LAR IIs that rabbit grabbed)

IAC swarmed the gate, so rabbit poped the wreck and we fled.

Me on vent: "OMG, the loot!"
Hulk on vent: "OMG THE KILLMAIL!"

High point being, when 12km from me, he was trying to outrun my 43km scramble range

Actually, no the high point was me taking 4 large armour rep IIs, Hulky taking 9 tracking disruptor IIs then us having to warp/cloak. I then waited, and decloaked and popped the wreck under the nose of an IAC drake, so they lost it all

Let alone after ANOTHER hauler jumped in, and I followed yet ANOTHER and got him...

Going by cheapest Rens prices at the moment, you liberated 1,322,250,000isk from IAC in that one hauler. Nice work.
