5punkience Research POS Up and Running!

Thanks to the efforts of Morrill and Dolly the 5punkience research POS is up and running. It was set up last night, and we should have all the research alts, permissions and other details worked out in a few days. We have nine ME research slots, nine PE research slots and three copy slots. From what I’ve read, PE research isn’t that useful except for ammo.

I propose that Morrill and I handle the logistics of the BPO research. We would receive the blueprints, run the research job, and then pass them back to the owner. We would reserve the right to run some copies for sale to support the POS. A post would be made stating the BPO, owner and time left to research (although we may not want to post very expensive BPOs due to security concerns). This post would be edited and updated as new jobs are started and old jobs completed. The objective would be to keep all slots full and running with minimal down time.

I would give first priority to items that 5punkcorp members can use. I don’t know what BPOs the corp owns (if any), but if we have frigates, cruisers or mods that are commonly used, I’d start with them for the good of the corp. Second priority would be things that the corp can sell with a good markup (ship?) – others are much more knowledgeable than I on this, so we can work out the details later.

I suggest we use the above as a framework for a month or so, see how things work out and make any needed adjustments as we learn more about the practical aspects of the corp logistics and research labs.

Sounds like a good plan Bru. If you have a toon in 5punkorp itself (an alt will do) I can give you access to the BPO hangar so you can grab the corp bpo's as you wish. We've used this Google Spreadsheet for tracking corp jobs in the past with some success. It's easier to track than forum posts and has the a few of our prints listed already.

I aint a hardcore 5punk myself imo, but am interested in 2 ME slots and 1 copy slot.

To start, 2 ME slots for 22 days estimated, and a copy slot till the server closes.

If possible, could I get a quote for the requested ME slot time, and a figure for the copy slot per month? Send ingame to "stins" please cause I've too many forums to monitor
