Welcome (MORDS Empire) to the Universe of Atorian and the Zaulu Race.

Because your Empire is currently less than 2 weeks old you will receive an extra 1,000 Credits, Metals, Cold Fusion and Ziton per hour. This bonus will end on 21/03/2007 at 23:45.

Make sure you use these extra resources wisely. New players are advised to research Terrafom technologies first and to build up their planets.

Your Empire is also protected from attacks until the 10/03/2007 at 23:45. After this time your empire can be attacked, make sure you do not waste any resources on ships until after this time
Tried to read up on the new stuff, but like the previous versions...its not documented well. So, I just did the basic things.
1) Start 2 Techs right away.
2) Increase the buildings evenly each tick for more credits and resources.
3) It said to leave alone the Military until you are "unprotected"
4) Cold Fusion(CF) is your buddy...make sure u have lots of it.

Since CF costs the most, I buy 1 building every tick and spend the rest on population to increase the $$$$ income.

I'm not sure, but I think this is a Race vs. Race setup with 3 Races to choose from. I did random and became a part of the Zaulu Race.

You can "Add" empires to your account which I'm guessing is a alternate way to having multiple accounts? Not sure, didnt find info on it.

There's alot more to this episode:
A Senate for your Government to vote on.
Departments to lead.
Bounty's on Empires.
Options on Attack/Defense %.

Anyways, Tip #1. After your first 2 Techs are done. The next Terraform Stage Tech costs 8000 Credits. So, might be best to save it up b4 the Tech is available. I just slept for 8hours and had the money in the morning :)

<strike>Marstons Empire - Traxian</strike>
Zelaputons Empire - Vaxeta

I think a re-roll in in order, now i've got my head around the re design.

EDIT: Stuff I've learn't

Don't bother building basic industrial stuff, get that planetry upgrade done to lv3 asap and build the more advanced structure. For the cost, they give a far far better payout. Tax is increased by having more citizens, and credits are the key to upgrading everything (early on) so go nuts with settlements to get up to something like 4-5K credits a tick then build your entire advanced complex to fund growth. With the 1K extra of everything you get a tick, gimping yourself early on like this doesn't matter.

yar....looks like technology is teh win again...so make sure you have the resources required for the next Tech choice.

Like Hehulk said, the terraform seems the most important. At first just pump up the population to get the credits for the next stage in the resources as they become increasing more efficient.

here's something i found today in a post:
You currently have 5 planets, this is the most planets you citizens will allow you to explore, you citizens fear that their empire will break down in communications should it become any bigger.
Not sure if that is the max for your empire or dependent upon something.

Also, make sure you have a decent resource tick before you lose the free 1000/tick.

Dunno what happens when you get attacked...i'm guessing that they blow up/steal the buildings if they win the battle?

Don't know what I've done to warrant such a lofty league placing.

So is this game up and running again then?

Is it likely to take off like last time? If so I'll add a post icon and remove some of the older unused ones

To be fair to it, the game actually died, it was in a test phase, wasn't it?

I don't know if it will take off like it did again, although I've already had a charming message from one of our old sparring partners, who thought I was berk.
