Pretty much does what it says on the tin, apparently.

I suspect this would have very 5punky potential, given the whole game is fucking hatstand.

It's gettable in beta flavour by going Here, so do that.

Useful commands:

/f join 5punk (joins the 5punk faction)
/f put words here (faction chat)
/tp (will display a list of places you can tp to)
/race (seems to be the only way to generate money currently)
Pressing B brings up the shop, where you can select colours for vehicles you buy, and buy a magenta tuk tuk

So far it seems a little broken, quite lacking any real purpose.

Saying that, you can destroy a plane with a lot of boost and a handy speedboat.
