Hello!

Hello!
Evening, peoples! After watching Mr The Shutting Downs busily working away on your mighty forum, I thought (like Wifey Berk) that I'd better get on here too. If only because it looks like you're having such a bloody good time...
I am already familiar with the gorgeous, handsome and talented Joose (that ok, mate?), and also have heard much anecdotery in the aftermath of Bashes. Also was very impressed by some of the recipes on here. So I'm as prepared as I can be *braces self*
So - erm... yeah. A little about me? Voracious reader, lover of most media (movies, games etc), active roleplayer (preferring story over stats), pretty good cook and currently working on my first book (sold, deadline January, to print Autumn 2012). Love Zero Punctuation and looking forward to playing 'Arkham City' when I can pry Himself's grubby mitts off it. Also working on my own Poison Ivy outfit, currently featuring many leafy tattoos.
Specialist subjects: Modern Paganism, the Horror genre, especially vampires as a literary tradition, Doctor Who, and (in progress) 40K Horus Heresy books. Also a great admirer of Wonder Woman comics and with a complete run of 'Preacher'. So I am adept at both swearing and mythology too
Ask my fella for more. In the knowledge that I'm now watching

Sounds like we've got lots of stuff for you to eye graze, please do dive in to the 5punk!
*Well now, do you go for 'a' or 'an' at the start of the sentence, the brackets are blurring my syntax.

Re: Hello!
Ta! Book is based on my blog - publisher liked it, so currently trying to batter it into shape (ie a bit more 'professional', but still friendly and informative). Idea for second book brewing, and really wanting to do some fiction too, it's just focusing on a workable idea...
Blog is here if you're interested! There's some nice pictures too : www.druidcat.wordpress.com

There's a good chance one of your shirts blinded her, and she hasn't seen things properly since... such a shame.Joose wrote:Mrs TSD wrote:I am already familiar with the gorgeous, handsome and talented Joose (that ok, mate?)
