Sure is pretty

Time to save up for the upgrade to DX11 and 1920x1200 monitor for it.

That actually looks like they might be attempting to do a decent SP. Dunno if I like that or not.

So far, so ordinary. Looks and sounds good, but I want to see the multiplayer.

That, singleplayer schmingleplayer. I can get any number of special ops do badass fighting against lots of grunty bad guys games, MP is where this is game will make it or break it.

Yep, MP is what I buy my BEEFs for. A decent SP campaign is a bonus, but I'd rather thay spent the time and effort on improving MP or releasing earlier. BEEF != COD.

Is BaCon different people to BeeF now? I thought BaCon was supposed to be the more arcadey experience with an SP campaign to contrast from BeeF's MP-only style.

As it turned out, BaCon's SP was forgettable arse, yet it delivered a very nice MP experience, more immediate than BeeF's and in my view the better for it.

Yes, it was rubbish and doesn't count as SP.

I was thinking, "I've seen enough beta footage, and all the vehicle trailers, what more can they show in 49 seconds?".

Very pretty. Still not interested in the BEEFCOD single player game.

Oh right. I was thinking it was multiplayer, but there's a ton of things there illustrating how it couldn't be (aside from the description )

Still, I'm quite sure there'll be equally epic vistas in multiplayer.

Actually, I'm somewhat interesed in SP, purely because I'm hoping they'll have worked the improved destruction systems into the level and story design. Might make for an interesting SP experience and open up some slightly more unscripted events.

Didn't for BC2, but if it does turn out to be a decent SP experience too then I'll retract my criticisms.

That's why I said "hopefully" but if we're honest, BC2's destructo system while impressive, is limited. It needed more landscape deformation.

My PC just shed a tear.

Pretty awesome trailer for what is basically a gameplay footage montage.

I like the music, really sells the atmosphere as intense.

It's pretty clear they're going for "like Modern Warfare" but if they do it right and don't have a shitty, incomprehensible plot, it''ll be great.

It's a Battlefield game, as far as I'm concerned it doesn't have a singleplayer.
