I need a 2GB matched pair.

I am completely out of the loop as regards hardware these days, and memory was always Greek to me, so I need advice.

Specs are:

Shuttle SN25P
16x PCI Express 7800 GTX (512)
AMD X2 4400

Budget is ~£150-200

Nothing too posh, no need for OC'ing, just something that is quick 'out of the box'.

Going on what it says on the spec, this should do you right (I think its a special offer too) http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/98690 and its Corsair on top of that (about £111 inc. VAT)

although the MB seems to be let down slightly by the memory as apart from that it looks like a damn good spec board, DDRII FTW!
