"I have a bad feeling about this!"

Post by friznit »

To quote Han Solo.

Due to some rather odd pseudo roleplaying claptrap spouted by an alt in local of W9-DID this evening, I've sneaky suspicion that we might be on the target list. To that end I've bumped the stront up in the tower and am starting to prioritize the removal of stuffs. If you have ships you don't mind moving independently then please get them to the nearest safe place. If it comes to it, we migh bung up a small tower in a system next door with a ship array for temp storage.

I may be being paranoid but I really don't want to get caught with our pants down on this one.

narf, i'm surprised the w9- installation lasted this long. especially since we pulled the run away/z0MG carriers trap (and tried it a second time), and the fact that stins and the rest of ISS log ops used to stage through our pos. if i can get a mammoth with worst named expanders, i can carry 14km3, so give us a shout when stuff needs hauling out

We'll have a compulsory corp op either tomorrow or Thursday (or both) to shift everything out of W9-DID and unanchor the tower. We'll need to fly out the ships belonging to absentees as well - most probably sell them and wire the isk before they get released from 5punkorp in preparation for the move South.

Please prioritize what stuff you need moving out by jump hauler, and put it into the Secure tab of the hangar array. This stuff will get jumped out to the nearest secure station (probably Hoth).

Compulsory ops means that if you're online then you need to be there helping. Of course, if you're not online helping then your stuff won't get looked after so that's a kind of incentive in itself. 5punk radio karaoke welcome and booze mandatory.

narf I kinda hope we can jump all the haulers out full of stuff and then just fly our bigger ships to wherever we need them to be. Not too keen to do any long hauls in the current climate. We'll just need people on hand to load up the haulers, run cyno fields, unanchor stuff, and shift it around.

There are some ships in the array belonging to people who are 'away indefinitely' such as Dog Pants that will need to get flown out for them. I'm thinking we run them up to Consido or Unity and bung them on the market there.

I can fly any caldari, amarr, or galente (or however you spell it) frigs. Cal and Am cruisers, Am and Gal indies, Am cov ops and interceptors, Cal and Am BS's, Cal and Am BC's (although I only have lvl1 so not all of them)... erm... I think that about covers it... oh, and transport ships: Am and Gal

W9 Hangar Clearout. This is why we had rules on hangar usage, so don't complain if your stuff goes missing.

It's a mess. I'm trying to work out who's is what and not getting very far. Can people claim the following:

1 TS med neut
2 Heavy Pulse II
5 Mega Beam Laser II
A can labelled 'Witty Insult' from GMLH with Ice Harvester II and some stuff
A load of used T2 laser crystals, currently in the can labelled 'Dolly's Jug Fund II'

not sure what i even got left in W9 besides my 3 AF's, Arbitrator and Bestower. I got a few things in tycho but not worried about them. I am probably going to pull a half a day at work but I got to do some school java projects (i rly hate programming) so i might not be on till normal time anyways.

I think I got 1 jump clone in catch but its in marginis i think (not calling it martini), the podding on saturdays op sucked cause i think it was my jump clone. when i do get on i'll look into it and get my self out there some how. safety wise i would carrier jump as much as possible and bum rush the enemy wit a 5punk :boogie: FU™ fleet.

anyone know of a program that would let you know where your assets are and clones and such outside of game?

either way when i get on i'll get going out there.

ps

we got anything in rifis now? i would like to get kenny out there asap so he can mine some ore. dolly is staying put till i get some confirmation on these 1.7 x3 mil bs spawns.

none of that is mine but the can. the can was a corp can before i started to use it, the items inside i am not sure of. i have been putting my T2 mining crystals in the corp mining can for everyone to use. so if no one claims them i would just donate them for corp use. speaking of them friz i am going to but some of the higher up one T2. question is do we have t1 mining crystals for gnesis on up?

should be on in 4 hours earliest

Nothing in 'rifis at all at the moment. The sec status of JK is -0.6 opposed to W9 which is -0.3, so the spawns should be much better. It also has twice the number of belts.

POS 3 is going to get pulled down and replaced with a small tower btw. May not have a ship maint array either.

I've been searching for the last hour but I'm yet to find any spawns that are worth 15 mil a week. They're mostly cruiser/bc spawns with the occasional dual 650k bs spawn and the rare triple 800k spawn...

Edit: just found a triple 1.25 mil spawn, couldn't tank it until I'd killed one off, I still need to find a triple 1.7 mil spawn.

The Heavy Pulse II may possibly be mine, keep them (or sell them). They'll go quick if you put them in Tycho.

I ran down there on Tranq for a search etc, played with a triple 1.4mil bs spawn, triple 900k bs spawn and a dual 1.55mil bs spawn before logging for the night.

This op still on tonight friz considering the iss op? Will it take place afterwards? I can get on this evening and run up to help out.

Maybe I just haven't been very lucky so far.

I think I've decided on my final setup:

6x dual 250mm prototype rails with lead

drone nav comp, 4x f-b10 cap rechargers

lar II, pseudo dc, exp II , kin II, therm II, eanm II, local cpr

explosive heavy and light drones

It'll tank forever once I've trained energy system op 5 and I can stick 3 rep amount rigs in if I find anything I cant tank.

Pretty close to what I've ended up with, however AM ammo may be better, angel's love mwding close and that's pretty nice as it lets you use high damage ammo :)

Yeah I was considering antimatter at first but there's also quite a few angels that orbit at 30km and since its only about 10 seconds difference between lead and am I decided lead would be the better choice.
