This is rather good, I recommend you try it. It's about 2 hours of gameplay and very well thought out, some nice locations and a few puzzles. There's even some original voice acting which isn't all good but mostly works very well.

Yes, tis good.

Short, but very enjoyable.

Took me 2 evenings to complete, about 2 hours per evening.

It must be longer than I thought then and went by quick because of it was so good.

I'm glad someone else tried it.

I had to restart it because I was trying to take on the stun baton guards with the crowbar leaving me with about 10 health, so when you have to defend with the guns on the platform I died.

I restarted and tried the sneak past approach, bait traps, think a bit more which left me with 100 health and I was away.

I also played it on medium, it defaults to easy.

If you have HL2 you would be silly to miss this game out. It is after all FREE!

Aye, this is a nice mod.
Some well thought-out minipuzzles and some interesting scripted combat.
Short but high quality, I thought.

I know exactly who you mean, unconvincing to say the least.

I didn't find that PSP crate, where was they, all over? I noticed there were non-standard, unbreakable crates all around.

Last crate in the game I guess, next to the rocket ammo crate inside the container

Hah! Yes, she wasn't a natural voice actor. The others were pretty good though, bar the odd bit of pronunciation being different one minute to the next.

I found one in the cargo crates during the Strider battle.

OK, I'm totally stuck. spoiler text below

How the fuck do I open the Contamination Area door? I've pushed all the buttons in the area, and I've flipped that switch in the room with the sparking wires and the SMG grenades.

The voice acting wouldn't have been so bad if the lip syncing wasn't so off. I had to really concentrate on their mouths to see if they were actually moving.

i'm stuck at this bit:

SPOILER:
where you free the prisoner and by releasing the chain, breaking the wall etc., he lets you in a door, leading to the bit where you fight some combine, and a poison zombie. after that you get back where you came from and that's where i'm stuck. the released prisoner just stands there and there's nowhere else i can go. frustrating.

If I remember right....

You have to climb up, there is a brick or rock I think that you use to get up on top of the Cells. Can't remember rightly as it was a while ago I played it....

I had to stop playing to get it out of my head, I hope her name wasn't really Laura, because she sounded unconvincing even stating that.

I think you found a bug, it happened to me just now when I tried that bit, he got stuck on the opening door. He should come through the door you've just opened and round the corner to where the barnacle was and open that door for you. Hopefully you have a recent save, just try it again but make sure you let him finish talking, might help.

I got stuck on the bit where you go up in the lift. My autosave goes: Lift doors close, lift goes up for 30 seconds, lift falls and I die. I did get to gear the awful voice acting though
