One for you frenchies...

Try this fit. Looks like a lot of fun. Same guy was putting together a nanoraven with speed rigs which he reckoned could keep pace with torps (imagine that for alpha - 3 volleys of torps hitting simultaneously :faint: )
SHIP: NANOVEXOR OF DOOM
Highs: 2x Dual 125mm Rails, 3x Med Nos
Meds: 10mn MWD, Warp Disrupt, (Solo : Web / Gang : Tracking Disruptor or Sensor Booster)
Lows: 1x Medium Armor Rep, 2x Nano, 1x Internal Stab

Drones: 5x Warrior, 5x Valkaryies

This thing warps like a frig, gets around 2km/s with t1 items.

Meh, that wont work, you cant tank anything. Nano ships rely on staying outside web range which the 10km range of med nos doesnt allow. A similar kind of thing works well with the domi though, I killed a raven and a hyperion with it on sisi a while ago.

3x dual 150mm medium rails (250mm wont work, you need the tracking of dual 150mm and heavy guns wont fit anyway)
3x heavy nos (these have the range to allow you to orbit outside web range)

mwd, 20km scram, cap booster, 2x large shield extender

3x istabs, 4x nanos (istabs get a stacking penalty so its not worth using more than 3, you end up with roughly the same speed as using 7x nanos while the mwd is on but you get better agility with the istabs)

ogres and warriors in the drone bay.

I think I set orbit to 14km which ends up orbiting at 17km, you go around 2000m/s and align like a frig :)

i thought the whole point of a nano/nos domi was to use your drones for damage, and stay in scram/web/hvy nos range to mess up the targets tank

You stay out of web range with nano setups or you'll die in seconds under fire. Normal nos domis fit tanks and so can stay in web range.

Theres also the nanophoon which works even better than the nanodomi since it can fit an extra nos, 4 launchers for extra damage and its even faster than the domi. Setup goes something like this:

4x cruise or torp launchers (torps will need an rcu instead of one nano)
4x heavy nos

mwd, 20km scram, cap booster, target painter

3x istabs 4x nanos

ogres and warriors in the drone bay.

Doesn't a web have a range of 7.5km? 10 > 7.5 last I checked or am I missing something?

2pt scram is 7.5k, 1pt scram is 20k, and webber is 10km

as alwasys there are bonuses/skills/faction stuff to boost range f.ex a rapier (minmatar reconcruiser) can reach out and web at sommat like 34km with a dread guristas webber

Nanovexor would be utterly pointless in nearly all situations, except maybe very slim times but... actually... dunno, might do it for a giggle.

I use the ebil opposite of the nanovex, the 1600mm plate Vex. Does it move, no, does it turn, not really. But does it have a hell of alot of armor hp, oh yeah.

That wont work either :P

You'd have to use rail guns to be able to hit outside web range and they wont track well at all if you're mwding around. The only reason I put them on the domi was because there's nothing better to put there, they dont do a huge amount of dps compared to the drones.

The best thing to use a Brute for is a mini Blasterthron, stick an mwd and 7 blasters on it and punch everything in the face.
