5podcast Episode 2: Stuff we missed last time
Calling all 5podcasters!
Looking for 3 or 4 5punkers to come talk about games for an hour.
Stuff we missed last time
- Far Cry 2
- Minecraft
- Civ 5
- World of Darkness
- Comics
This is a note to myself to pre-record an intro and outro.
Anyone who hasn't recorded before want to step up and have a go?
Edit
Probably this Friday/Saturday/Sunday, post your preference.

That's a good viewpoint to have though. Why you decided after all that time of not reading that you would pick up an issue and buy it.FatherJack wrote:Given one of the topics is comics, it'd be good to wait for some proper experts. I never opened one until a year or two ago.
I'm terrible at comics, I buy loads, read them and then forget to buy the next issues. Then I find them again and buy a load more.

I've only dabbled in manga and manhwa, not whatever western comics are called to differentiate themselves from the Beano, etc (graphic novels?).HereComesPete wrote:That's a good viewpoint to have though. Why you decided after all that time of not reading that you would pick up an issue and buy it.

I still find them rather samey and distracting with their jaggedy triangular art style, though I realise this is a massive generalisation similar to that of manga's one of being about buxom schoolgirls being raped by tentacles.
