Chemistry: A Volatile History

Post by buzzmong »

3 Part series showing how chemistry has evolved from it's basic roots, through alchemy and to the modern day. Rather DI and serves as a history of chemistry and an overview rather than a lecture on actual chemistry.

Worth watching imo as it's rather DI, especially to see just how much fumbling happened before they eventually got onto the correct theories.

'Tis jolly good. Oddly though, a repeat of something that only finished a couple of weeks ago. There's also been some very good Horizons recently.

They have been surprisingly good. I loved the one about dogs and the infinity episode was very interesting.

I thought the episode was too short.

I certainly feel I was misled by the title.
